The WSOP machine is wasting no time in opening up another round of Circuit Events throughout the country. Here is the schedule for the upcoming 2009/2010 season.

The schedule has been released for the events that will take place in Vegas over the summer. As always, there are a couple of new twists added to the schedule.
There will be a $50,000 event this year, but instead of being a H.O.R.S.E. event, it is a mixed games event that will conclude with Texas Hold'em. It will be replacing the HORSE event.
There is also a "6-max" Hold'em event with a buy-in of $25,000.
Qualifying Online
 There are several ways that you can make it to the Main Event in Las Vegas without having to pony up $10,000. Past champs have made it via online qualifiers, and several online poker rooms really push to find ways to send representatives. Amoung them, PokerStars is one of the top choices.
 Another of the big rooms that strives to send players to the WSOP Main Event is FullTilt Poker. Last year one of their pros, the amazing Phil Ivey made his way to the final table.
Every year they run a promotion that puts over 100 players into the Main Event. They also run a "Fantasy Poker" game where people choose poker players much like you would pick NFL players in a fantasy football league. The better your players do in real life, the better your chances at winning prizes!
