The poker room at the Orleans has Texas holdem, both limi and no limit. The latter is $2/$5 blinds with $100 minimum and $500 maximum buy-in. Seven card stud and Omaha are available on some weekends. Tournaments are also available here.

There are 23 tables but still the waiting time on weekends can be anywhere from five minutes to 30 minutes. It's a very popular cardroom. Smoking is allowed in this poker room between 3 am to 9 am.

The Orleans offers is a daily room rate of $50 Sunday through Thursday and $85 on Friday and Saturday. There is a daily play requirement of four hours. This is one of the bigger rooms in Las Vegas. It is not really high end but it is neat and well-organized. The room is kept clean; maintenance personnel can be found cleaning up all the time.

25 inch televisions are scattered throughout the poker room. The poker tables themselves are plastic and vinyl. Locals comprise the majority of players at this poker room. The dealers seem to be just doing their job and do not entertain or talk to the players much. The cocktail waitresses are pretty regular. Here they do have automated player seating lists at the management desk.
