I downloaded Trident Poker, played, deposited, cashed out, all the good stuff. No issues really. I had wandered away from Trident, and after a period of time they sent me an automated note saying my account was dormant and they were going to start charging me a fee. I think the fee was something like a buck a month, but the email caught my eye. I withdrew and haven't been back since. Even though I'm not upset with them, and it turns out that it's almost an industry standard to act upon "dormant accounts", I've just been playing other places since.
That's my personal experience with the room, and if you're even a semi-regular poker, I wouldn't worry about sharing it. It takes six months for an account to go dormant.
The room itself offers all the stock prima poker promotions and tournaments. They do have a set of player rewards in place that are appealling.
The room offers a welcome bonus of 100%, up to $200. The bonus clears at a rate of $25 for every 250 raked hands. That's certainly a fair rate.
They also have a comp point into cash system in place. Players earn comp points for time spent at the tables, and can convert those points into cash at a rate of $1 per 10 points. Check Trident's website for details on their comp point system.
Overall, I think Trident Poker is a solid room on the prima network. If you're looking for more from a room, you can probably find it. But if you're just looking for a solid room (Trident has the eCogra seal), that offers genuine player comps and rewards, Trident certainly fits the bill.
