River Belle already has a successful online casino based on microgaming's software, so it's no surprise that the poker room would be a part of the microgaming network of rooms.

While I always thought that the first online casinos to open poker rooms just didn't understand poker players, and River Belle was one of them, things aren't that bad at the Belle. They do do a couple of things that at least separate themselves from the network basics.

They run a series of River Belle online tournaments, so there are some guaranteed prize pools that you can only get in on if you're a River Belle player. They also are part of the Poker Night Live televised online poker show. Players at several designated tables can end up having their internet play shown on television. This is done more or less live, with a time delay feature that prevents someone from seeing their opponents cards live on television.

The room offers one of those nearly-unending bonuses. Players do not need to make a large buy-in to get big bonus dollars. Instead, they need to spend some time at the tables. Once a player makes a deposit, they will accumulate comp points for time spent at the tables for the next 30 days.
