PokerTime is a microgaming/prima poker room that does one thing. They host poker games.

They have recently changed their sign-up bonus to a 100% matching bonus. The minimum first purchase is $20, and the most you can receive bonus money on is $200.

When you sign up for an account, the bonus money is placed in a special account. To have it transferred into your regular account, you'll need to collect 7 comp points per dollar of bonus money. So, if you make a deposit of $50, you'll need 350 points to release the bonus into your regular account where you can then cash it out.

I have an account at PokerTime, and have had no issues with deposits, bonuses (I signed up while they were running a $10 no deposit promo), or withdrawals. The room taps into all of the prima-provided events, and adds events and promotions of their own.

I regard PokerTime as one of the top-tier rooms on the prima poker network. If you're looking for a room to play at for this network, or are perhaps interested in adding another prima to your rooms list, PokerTime is worth considering.
