Poker333 is another of the rooms operating on the microgaming/prima poker network. They have a welcome bonus in place for their new players of $100. Looking at the promotion on their site, I can't find out whether this is a matching bonus, or a set bonus amount. But, I'm sure a quick check with customer service would answer this question.

The bonus is released after a player accumulates 1,000 comp points. Comp points are earned for raked hands, and the more are earned for play at higher limits. The poker room does define a raked hand on their website as being one where "a poker player contributes towards a poker pot".

BECOME A POKER MANAGER
That's an the interesting way the poker room phrases "private tables available". Still, prima does have private tables, including tournament tables, and that's a great feature. The interesting thing is that in reading over the terms of private table play at Poker333, the room seriously only wants friends vs friends at these tables.

They take some measures to keep the games a private affair, so you cannot just set up a table and advertise that you're hosting a tournament. If however, you have a group of friends that you want to play with/against, you're more than welcome to open up a tournament at Poker333.com.

The room has put a little bit of effort into their website, including adding some flash tutorials. If you're looking for a place to play poker on the prima network, Poker333.com would qualify as a fine room to open an account with.
