I've been hearing from my friends in the region, that Norway, Sweden and Finland are falling in love with poker. And Nordic Bet is trying to get their attention by providing poker tables aimed at players from those countries.

As part of the prima (or microgaming) set of rooms, you'll find all of the prima basics. The same software features, network-wide promotions, etc. Nordic Bet does go the extra step to provide their players with the Flash No Download version of the room. So, players on more types of computers can get in on the action at the room.

NordicBet provides a welcome bonus of 100% of a player's first deposit. A matching bonus like that is pretty friendly, and this one tops out at $100. The terms and conditions say that 1,500 raked hands are required before cashing out. They also say that the min. qualifying rake is $.25, which is fine.

They don't mention whether a player needs to contribute to a pot in order for that hand to count as rake, or if being dealt into the hand will do. I'm sure a quick chat with support will take care of that. And yes, support is offered in English as well as the languages of Scandinavia. But, keep in mind that their offices are located in Europe, so plug that in to the equation while you're waiting for a response.
