Grand Bay relies heavily on prima poker for the room's offerings. The website is clean, but still looks "out of the box" so to speak. There's not a lot of current information, and not a lot of information that needs to be updated. So, the website has a do-it-once and forget about it feel. As opposed to some of the rooms on the network that have website brimming with activity.
The offer for new players is 100% matching up to $30. While $30 is not a very large bonus maximum, a $30 deposit at Grand Bay will get you more bonus money than a $100 deposit at many of the larger online poker rooms.
The terms and conditions of the bonus weren't typical poker room terms. I didn't see a word about raked hands. Instead, the bonus requires a minimum purchase and wager of $30 at Grand Bay Poker.
If you'd simply like to play some poker online, Grand Bay might be worth considering. If you're interested in playing a lot of poker, and things like a comp system and room-driven promotions and tournaments are important to you, there are better places to get onto the prima network.
