They have a friendly welcome bonus at Captain Cook's. The room offers 50% up to $200 in bonuses to new players.
Captain Cook's is part of a small network of prima rooms that work together as a group in terms of player comp points. The other rooms are Golden Tiger Poker, Virtual City, and Poker Rewards.
Players have one comp points account for all of those rooms combined. So, it doesn't matter which room you're playing at, the comp points are being added to your one comp account. It's kindof like having a slots club card for the Trump Taj, the Trump Marina, and the Trump Somethingelse combined. Play at any one of them builds comp points into your one, master comp account.
The website at Captain Cook's Poker has a list of all the different tournaments happening on the prima network. The bonus offer is certainly competitive, and the brand, Captain Cook's, has been online for years. I can't imagine that this would be a bad place to get on the network.
With it's close ties to the other rooms in the Poker Rewards pack, I'd be curious to find out if you'd be encouraged to play at all of the different rooms.
Please note that Captain Cook's Poker is
an eCogra approved poker site!
