  • Overview of the Room

24 Poker is another one of the prima poker "skins". When I visited the site they were offering new players a bonus of up to $124, so if you're comfortable playing on that network, and are in search of another bonus they might be worth considering.

Of course they share in all of the parent network's events and contests, so you should be able to find satellites for a lot of the major land-based tournaments and face-to-face poker events.

The room has a liscence in the Kahnawake jusirsdication in Canada. They also have the look and feel of an "off the shelf" poker room skin.

By that I mean there are several things about the site's website that do not make me feel as though there is a lot of continuous effort going into the room. For example, there are ten flag icons on their website. Those icons are usually there to show that the site is available in other languages.

Clicking any of them just brings you back to the front page of the site, not to a different translation of it. Either they have a lot of work done behind the scenes just waiting to be plugged into the web site, or that's the way the webmaster made up the web template and they never really got the translations team working.

That, and let me publicly say that I can't stand poker rooms that don't deal five card draw having images of five card draw games on their websites.

Still, the room has posted numbers and even adresses for customer service. My guess, they're a reputable group of folks, who aren't particularly poker savvy. But that's just a guess.

With prima running the software, I wouldn't expect a lot of issues to arise, but there are other more active rooms on the network that might be worth a look first.

Oh, I also do not think that they are the "Ranked #1 Poker Room" on the net. Sheesh.
