f you make your first deposit by September 5, 2005, you'll also
receive free entry to the $5.50 WPT qualifier and a $2 Shark Cage
beginner tournament.
Online Aid Tournament at PokerRoom.com
PokerRoom.com is holding several $20 + $0 buy in tournaments
where they are matching the prize pool and donating the proceeds to
the Red Cross for hurricane relief. I'm going to be playing $20 buy
in poker tournaments anyway, so I might as well see to it that some
money goes to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The tournaments are
being held on September 10 and September 11. Poker Room is also
accepting donations from people's accounts; contact them in order to
ask them to donate money to the Red Cross on your behalf.
