Past Bodog Poker Tournaments

Bodog is now 3.5 Million Per Month in Guaranteed Online Poker Tournaments . Unlike some other sites, Bodog Poker's tournaments give you a reasonable number of starting chips, and the blinds go up at reasonable intervals too. At every poker tournament you play at Bodog Poker, you start with between 1200 and 1500 chips (compared to the 800 to 1000 you'll receive at some other sites.) And the blinds only go up once every 15 minutes, just like in a regular land-based poker room.

$100,000 Guaranteed Tournament

Every Sunday at 4pm Eastern time, Bodog Poker hosts a $100,000 guaranteed no limit Texas holdem tournament. You can win your buy in by using Bodog's loyalty points, or you can buy your way in for $100 + $9. The best thing about a guaranteed prize pool tournament is that there is going to be $100,000 in prize money even if there aren't enough entry fees to warrant that much money, so if you're an average player, and they don't have a lot of entries, you're automatically a positive EV situation.

2007 World Series of Poker Qualifiers

Want to play in the 2007 World Series of Poker? Yeah, I do too, but I don't want to pony up the $10,000 entry fee. One way to avoid having to do so is to win a qualifier online, and Bodog has already got their WSOP qualifiers up and running. And because there are lots of sub-qualifiers, you could theoretically win your way in with an investment as low as $1.50.

World Poker Tour Qualifiers

Bodog is also running daily qualifier tournaments for the World Poker Tour. Just like the World Series of Poker qualifiers, there are sub-qualifiers that you can get into for just $1.50. So even if you don't have a big poker bankroll, you can get into the World Poker Tour OR the World Series of Poker, or both. The only thing holding you back is skill and an account at Bodog Poker.
