One fun thing that
Bodog Poker offers is news and updates about how "Team Bodog" is
doing at the World Poker Tour and World Series of Poker Events. Team
Bodog is a set of pro players representing Bodog Poker at these
events here in the United States, and Bodog keeps their site updated
with the team's progress in the events.
World Poker Tour Debut in Tunica, 2005
Team Bodog made their debut in a World Poker Tour event in Tunica
in January of 2005. The event was the World Poker Open, and Bodog
was represented at this event by John Kozlinski (RedWingFan is his
Bodog screen name.) Mr. Kozlinski didn't win the event, but he
played well and hopes to play another event like that soon.
Josh Arieh
In March 2005, Josh Arieh represented Bodog Poker in the National
Heads-Up Poker Championship. Arieh was taken out by Ted Forrest, who
Josh Arieh says is one of the best players in the game. Much of this
tournament was televised on NBC, although I don't know how much
screen time Arieh got.
2005 L.A. Poker Classic
Team Bodog also sent several players to the L.A. Poker Classic in
February 2005, all of whom performed well.
