Ever since Chris Moneymaker shot to the top of the WSOP charts with his tale of turning a $40 satellite buy-in at PokerStars into a multi-million dollar WSOP crown, people are certainly aware that Cinderella stories come true. You can take a shot at the WSOP for pocket change these days - like the One Dollar satellites at Bodog, and make some dreams come true.

Here's the fun part though . . .
You don't have to win the WSOP crown to have an experience of a lifetime!
Just ask any of these players who won their WSOP seat through one of the Bodog qualifiers.

They'll tell you that Bodog isn't one of the largest poker room online. And that it doesn't take long before you start to recognize the other players at the tables. That's a different story than playing at one of the super-huge online rooms where your opponents are one unending stream of faceless "unknowns".
In fact, for Patrik “3Pounder” Hoffman, meeting other players face to face was one of the great things about his Bodog Poker WSOP experience.

“My favorite thing about the 2008 WSOP was meeting all the other players and putting some faces with the screen names I was used to seeing everyday online.”

Besides the fact that there can easily be people that you know at the WSOP, with Bodog, it's guaranteed to be an event.

“The Bodog party was awesome. I hung out with Charles Barkley for awhile and met Team Bodog pros David Williams and Evelyn Ng. That was cool.”

Parties are only part of the scene, although they are certainly a fun part of it. But, for those with some adventure in their soul, there are other exciting parts of a Bodog sponsored trip to the WSOP. For instance, flying around in race cars.

Or, if you'd rather leave the "flying" to someone else, how about a Bodog Chopper ride?

To be blunt, being able to win a seat at the WSOP by qualifying online is GREAT. But if the only part of the experience is a chair at the table, and a T shirt - you're leaving some value on the table, so to speak. The entire trip should be a memorable adventure, so if you're thinking of satelliting into the WSOP - do it through Bodog!
“The 2008 WSOP was a pretty good experience. I met some lifelong friends through Bodog – I’m actually planning on spending the summer with some Bodog players in Vegas.”
