When I think of beautiful women who play poker, Evelyn Ng is one
of the first names the come to mind. She's tall and almost regal in
her beauty. The pics I've seen of Evelyn Ng on the internet all
confirm my long-held belief that she's one of the most beautiful
women playing poker. So I thought I'd write an article about her
here, in order to express my admiration. (She's often called Evy,
Evybabee, or Eveybaby, but since I don't know her, I don't feel
right about using anything but her full name on this page.)
Evelyn Ng was born in 1975 in Toronto, Canada. She currently
lives in Las Vegas and is single with no children.
Dealing Blackjack and Poker
Toronto native Evelyn Ng used to be a blackjack dealer and a
poker dealer in private clubs in Toronto before she became a huge
celebrity poker player in her own right. She cemented herself firmly
in place as a woman poker player to be respected when she placed 2nd
in the Ladies Night World Poker Tour Event.
She's a big enough name in the industry to be included in the new
Stacked video game, along with Daniel Negreanu, too. She's
known to be good friends with Negreanu, and he's also been called
her tutor or mentor as a poker player. She's not just a poker
player either; Eveyln also moonlights as a sports commentator for
NBC.
Poker Chip Tricks
One of Evelyn Ng's claims to fame is her ability to do poker chip
tricks at the table. (I'm one of those people who can't even do the
basic chip shuffle thingy that I see other players doing, so this is
just one more reason for me to be in awe of her.)
Team Pokerstars
Evelyn Ng is one of the players on "Team Pokerstars", the
celebrity team that promotes the
Pokerstars site. (These players include Wil Wheaton, Greg Raymer,
and Chris Moneymaker, among others.) If you want to watch Evelyn
play poker at Pokerstars, her screenname is "evybabee".

Evelyn Ng has distinguished herself in a number of major
tournaments, and I've included some highlights of those tournament

Possible Playboy Shoot?
I saw a rumor on a message board that Evelyn Ng and Jennifer
Harmon might be posing for Playboy magazine at some point in the
near future. The price mentioned in the forum post was $100k+. Like
most poker forum posts, this is very possibly just wishful thinking
on the part of the person making the post, but if Evelyn Ng and/or
Jennifer Harmon ever do appear in Playboy, I'll be first in line to
buy a copy.
I just want to close out this profile of Eveyln Ng by saying that
I hope I never wind up at a poker table with her, because I don't
doubt for a moment that I'll be so distracted by her statuesque
beauty that I'd lose every penny to her.
